The Albanese Government has delivered legislation that enables continued access to television broadcasting services in remote and regional Australia.
 

The Albanese Government has delivered on its commitment to support parents and protect young people by setting a minimum age of 16 years for social media, with legislation passing Parliament today.

Ms Ellie Sweeney as Executive Director, for three years from 3 December 2024

Seriously harmful mis and disinformation poses a threat to safety, the integrity of elections, democracy and national security, and 80% of Australians want action.
