Australians are rightly shocked and angry at Optus’ recent outage which saw over 600 Triple Zero calls fail to connect.

Today I met with the Group CEO of Singtel, Mr Yuen Kuan Moon, to convey the Australian Government's serious concern over the Optus Triple Zero outage and reinforce that it must never happen again.
