Media Release

16 June 2014

Mr Terry Weber has been appointed as a part time non-executive member of the Board of the National Capital Authority.

Mr Weber is a Senior Consulting Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in property, infrastructure and facilities management.

He is also the Federal Government Lead Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing financial management and property management service delivery models for the Australian Government.

Mr Weber will bring invaluable property and land management experience to the Board, as well as experience in working with government.

Mr Weber also holds a number of other Board positions as a Director of Australia 21, a Board Member of Canberra Raiders and a Board Member of the Ricky Stuart Foundation.

I look forward to Mr Weber's contribution in guiding the development of Canberra in line with the National Capital Plan and ensuring Canberra's place as one of national significance.

The National Capital Authority manages the national estate on behalf of the Australian Government, and administers the Government's interest and role in the strategic planning, promotion, development and enhancement of Canberra as the national capital.
